Serix Online offers a simple and secure way to order, among other things, PhotoID cards, camera stickers and accessories. The solution is just as good for your own company as for a retailer who wants to be able to offer their own customers a unique interface for ordering products.

You can follow the process from order to delivery. There is also the possibility where the order must be approved by a designated person before it is processed for production. For customers who want to integrate their own systems, there is a modern interface that provides all the features of the web portal. Serix Online has proven to be a success as we now have over 30 000 companies using the service to place their orders.

Choose from our standard layouts or create your own design according to your graphic profile. If you need a special encoding or interpretation for your cards, we can easily solve that as well!

The registration fee of SEK 1,200 will be charged when you are onboarded. After that, you pay only for the cards you order.

To order, you need to first create an account. Seriline need the company name and address as well as your logo. When registering, you choose the card layout that suits you best and if you want RFID technology in the card.

Once we have created your layout, you will receive login details via e-mail to your account. You can now start ordering your ID cards!

The registration fee of SEK 1,200 will be charged when your company is onboarded. After that, you pay only for what you order. Seriline will contact you personally to go through all the details.

Production will start immediately, and normally the cards will be sent by post within 3 working days.

Is it really safe to order online? Yes it is.

When you place card orders to Seriline AB, the information is protected by a very powerful encryption - unique to each customer. The authenticity of the file is automatically checked during card production. Since its inception in 1998, we have manufactured hundreds of thousands of cards in this secure way.

PhotoID systems for your own production

Our systems are used by companies, municipalities and organizations for the production of ID and authorization cards. The cards can be printed with either plastic card printers on standard plastic cards (CR80) or on preprinted security papers which are then laminated to safe high-quality cards.

Serilines systems for your own production of ID cards

Easy-to-use softwares that keeps track of content and design of the cards, and are designed based on many years of experience in card manufacturing. All types of card printers, cameras and encoders can be used. Magstripe encoding is included as standard, as is barcode and RFID chip management like Mifare for example. A special layout editor is built into the software for an easy design of your own card layouts, and much more.

ID Enterprise
Using the software ID Enterprise, ID and authorization cards can be freely designed with photos, wallpapers, logos, person and card details. ID Enterprise is based on many years of experience in ID card manufacturing. 

ID Express
A Windows software for ID cards, authorization cards and access cards. Complete with a layout editor. Includes the ID Badge software for printing temporary cards, numbered card series, etc.

TO WEBSHOP

It is the same software used for all types of cards. Only when printing (and in the card layout) is it decided how the cards will be printed. It is the amount of features that determine which software you need. For example, Mifare encoding, SQL databases etc.

Any type of printer installed in Windows can be used.

In the software, there is a built-in layout editor where an unlimited number of card layouts can be created. These will then be selectable in a drop-down menu in the application window when the cards are created.

You´ll get your own card layout in the Online system. But for safety reasons, we at Seriline create the layout.

Bar code and magnetic stripe encoding are included in all programs. ID Enterprise also supports Mifare, where it is possible to interpret the card's serial number to the database and to sector encode the cards.

In the software ID Express, data can be imported from a file, such as a TAB-delimited text file. ID Enterprise also manages imports directly from SQL databases and Windows AD.

ID Enterprise has a built-in report manager with which you can create your own reports. These can be printed either on paper or as a file.
