Service and support

We offer full service and support for all of our products we sell card printers, photo stations, visitor system and our software. Our support team can help you by phone, remote control or on-site but we also offer the opportunity to send your machine to us for service and repair.

If you have a card printer, we recommend that you sign a maintenance contract. This means that we will come to you, usually twice a year, for service of your printer. If the printer is used more frequently, we recommend more frequent service intervals as well.

We offer the following services:

  • Installation and training of all our software and machines.
  • Help to fix layouts in our softwares.

Remote control

Click here to create a remote connection with TeamViewer. With this tool we can help you remotely.

Do this:

  • When Windows asks - select "Run" and wait for the program to start.
  • Wait for Seriline to connect to your computer.
  • Verify remote connection when asked.

We have provided links here to our suppliers of printers, readers, etc. if you need to download new drivers for your equipment. If you find a link that has stopped working, we are grateful if you let us know.
